CONSIDER approving the staff recommendations for FY 2018-19 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Service and Emergency Solutions projects, and directing the Department of Conservation and Development to prepare a staff report, inclusive of the other CDBG categories, for Board of Supervisors consideration. (Gabriel Lemus, Conservation and Development Department)
