2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
  There were no public comments.
             
3. Accept attached Capital Projects Report.
  Brian Balbas presented the Quarterly Capital Report.  Chair Mary Piepho requested that staff review the lay-out of the current Quarterly Capital Report and find a new way to measure and display the success of the RAMP Program in the next report.

4. Consider accepting attached report.
  Brian Balbas and Dick Awenius provided a report on the status of the Real Estate Asset Management Program.  The Public Works Department will soon be meeting with departments regarding their facility use.  These meetings along with the updated Isis Report will provide key details in development of a Master Plan for facility use in the County.  At the end of the discussion, Chair Mary Piepho directed staff to forward the item to the full Board of Supervisors for action.

5. Consider report on a Light Vehicle Leasing and Maintenance Program for the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.
  Chief Lewis Broschard gave a presentation on a Light Vehicle Leasing and Maintenance Program for the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.  Supervisor Piepho asked questions regarding the current light vehicle program and the County's fleet internal services fund.  At the end of the discussion, Chair Mary Piepho directed staff to forward the item to the next meeting of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Board for action on the consent calendar.

6. Consider implementation of an EMS First-Responder Fee to offset expenses incurred while providing Emergency Medical Services on over 35,000 incident annually.
  Fire Chief Jeff Carman gave a presentation on the EMS First-Responder Fee program.  Supervisor Piepho asked questions regarding different models currently in use.  At the end of the discussion, Chair Mary Piepho directed staff to forward the item to the next meeting of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Board for action.

8. Adjourn
