6.   CONSIDER approving the proposed plan and schedule for the recruitment to fill four Board of Supervisors seats on the Contra Costa County Employees' Retirement Association Board of Trustees and one seat each on the County Planning Commission and the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Fire Advisory Commission that will become vacant on July 1, 2014.  (Julie DiMaggio Enea, IOC Staff)
 
7.    The March 3, 2014 has been canceled. The next meeting is currently scheduled for March 17, 2014.
