2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).

3. RECOMMEND to the Board of Supervisors the following appointments to the Contra Costa Commission for Women:

Beth Mora, resident of Danville, to the At-Large Seat 11 with a term expiring February 28, 2018, and
Lanita Mims, resident of Oakley, to the At-Large Seat 10 with a term expiring February 28, 2018.
 

Accepted recommendation and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors.

4. ACCEPT the report from the Health Services Department on the implementation of the County's Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program, as authorized by the Board of Supervisors and AB 1421 (Laura's Law), and forward the report to the Board of Supervisor for approval.
 

Accepted the report and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors for discussion and approval. Speakers: Lauren Rettagliata, Teresa Pasquini, and Douglas Dunn.
