1.				Roll Call
				Staff provided instruction for access to English live transcription (automated closed captioning), and live simultaneous Spanish and American Sign Language interpretation, and then conducted roll call. 14 MXCAB members were present. There were approximately 27 total participants.

2.				Staff recommends MXCAB receive the Record of Action for the May 18, 2022 meeting.
				The record of action was accepted as presented.

3.				DISCUSS 2022 Needs Assessment Report updates (Mariana Moore, Chair)
				Chair Moore provided updates on the contract for the needs assessment report writer, indicating that it was nearing finalization. No one from the public requested comment.

4.				Elect Vice-Chair (Mariana Moore, Chair)
				Debbie Toth nominated Michelle Stewart, District 5 MXCAB representative, as vice-chair. Michelle Stewart was elected unanimously, with one abstention.

5.				Staff recommends the Measure X Community Advisory Board receive the Measure X funding allocations for the June 15, 2022 meeting.
				The Measure X Community Advisory Board received the funding allocations chart. Comments were received from two members of the public.

6.				SCHEDULE fixed future meetings - please have your calendars available (Mariana Moore, Chair)
				Chair Moore indicated that meetings would continue monthly until further notice.

7.				Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to one minute).
				Comments were received from one member of the public.

8.				Adjourn
				The meeting adjourned at 6:20 PM.
