ACCEPTED the Draft Report and requested Fitch & Associates to include today's commentary and requests in consideration of the Final Draft, including but not limited to: a summary of major points submitted by stakeholders, a delineation of factors that are needed to prepare the upcoming RFP for ambulance services versus long-term considerations, and total time of patient transport from call location to care site with and without the closure of Doctors Medical Center ; REQUESTED a report or presentation from Chief Carman be scheduled for the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fire Protection District; and REQUESTED EMS Director Pat Frost work with the County Administrator on the rate disparity issue for cost of service in relation to the current American Medical Response (AMR) contract.
