C. 53 APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the County Administrator, or designee, to execute the Fourth Amendment to Subordination Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2014, with the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Pablo, in connection with the Successor Agency bond refunding; and ACKNOWLEDGE that the Auditor-Controller is executing a Custody Agreement, dated April 1, 2014, among the Auditor-Controller, the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Pablo, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association.
