Accepted recommendation and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors.

ACCEPT the report from the Employment and Human Services Department on the Affordable Care Act and the Contra Costa County Covered California Call Center and direct staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors for their information.

Accepted the report and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors. The department was directed to draft a Board letter addressing the County's concerns with the Medi-Cal allocation methodology and present on this topic to the full Board at a later date.

Report on the ACA and 7Cs

Accept the attached report from the Employment and Human Services Department on the impacts of elder abuse in Contra Costa County and refer it to the Board of Supervisors for approval.

Accepted the report and directed staff to forward it as a discussion item for a future Board of Supervisors meeting, possibly in early 2016, when the department is prepared to provide a timeline that addresses the challenges discussed, including staffing issues.

ACCEPT the recommendation from the County Administrator's Office staff regarding the continuation of referrals to the Family and Human Services Committee in 2016.

Accepted recommendations and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors with the clarification of Referral #61 HIV Prevention / Needle Exchange having a biennial frequency rather than annual.
