2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
 
  No public comment was received.
 
3. APPROVE the Record of Action with any necessary corrections.   
 
  Unanimously approved as presented.

4. ACCEPT the End of Session Report from the state's advocates, Nielsen Merksamer, and provide direction to staff, as needed.   
 
  The report from Ben Palmer was for information only and was accepted by the Committee.

5. REVIEW the Draft 2019 State Legislative Platform, provide direction to staff on any recommended changes, and RECOMMEND action to the Board of Supervisors.   
 
  Staff reviewed the Draft 2019 Platform.  The Committee asked clarifying questions and directed staff to make changes to the Draft Platform and return the item at the Committee's next meeting for additional input.

6. The next meeting is currently scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on December 10, 2018 in Room 101 of 651 Pine Street, Martinez.
 
  The December meeting was subsequently changed to start at 11:30 a.m.
