Continue to develop the format of the community forum; 2. Staff should accept feedback from the community; 3. Consider providing bilingual concurrent speech translation at the forum; 4. Formalize the public notice as soon as possible; 5. Consider having the participating department heads sit at the dais with the Board of Supervisors; 6. Report back at the next PPC meeting. |
