Brian Balbas and Dick Awenius provided a report on the status of the Real Estate Asset Management Program. The Public Works Department will soon be meeting with departments regarding their facility use. These meetings along with the updated Isis Report will provide key details in development of a Master Plan for facility use in the County. At the end of the discussion, Chair Mary Piepho directed staff to forward the item to the full Board of Supervisors for action. |

Chief Lewis Broschard gave a presentation on a Light Vehicle Leasing and Maintenance Program for the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District. Supervisor Piepho asked questions regarding the current light vehicle program and the County's fleet internal services fund. At the end of the discussion, Chair Mary Piepho directed staff to forward the item to the next meeting of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Board for action on the consent calendar. |

Consider implementation of an EMS First-Responder Fee to offset expenses incurred while providing Emergency Medical Services on over 35,000 incident annually. |
