9.   RECOMMEND the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Director of Conservation and Development, or designee, to participate with the Contra Costa Transportation Authority in applying for a grant under the 2017-18 Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant Program to Caltrans for the "Accessible Transportation Strategic Plan". 10.   DISCUSS, REVISE and RECOMMEND that the Board of Supervisors approve TWIC revisions to the County's Federal and State Legislative Platform in preparation for the 2018 Legislative Session. (John Cunningham, Department of Conservation and Development)
