3.   CONSIDER approving the Record of Action for the February 18, 2016 Finance Committee meeting (Lisa Driscoll, County Finance Director)
 
4.   ACCEPT staff report regarding the Rodeo Hercules Fire Protection District's request for a portion of the County's allocation of Proposition 172 sales tax revenue (Tim Ewell, Senior Deputy County Administrator)
 
5.   CLOSE referral regarding grant application to the California Board of State and Community Corrections for the "Pay for Success" program following notice from the California Board of State and Community Corrections, as requested by Impact Justice.  (Tim Ewell, Senior Deputy County Administrator)
 
6.   CONSIDER attached report on the funding shortfall in the Wildcat/San Pablo Creeks Levee Remediation project in North Richmond and updated funding/grant submittal plan. (Paul Detjens, Senior Civil Engineer).
