CONSIDER directing the Affirmative Action Officer to create an Equal Employment Opportunity Task Force to develop and recommend non-discrimination policies and procedures as the County moves forward. The Task Force will report to the Hiring Outreach and Oversight Committee on a monthly basis. |

CONSIDER directing the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, Human Resources and Affirmative Action to strategize, create and implement comprehensive recruitment and outreach goals to reach qualified females and minorities for the fire department. |
