2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
 
3.   CONSIDER approving nominations to fill four seats on the Hazardous Materials Commission.  (Michael Kent, Hazardous Materials Ombudsman) 
 
4.   CONSIDER accepting report on the Auditor-Controller's audit activities for 2013 and approving the proposed schedule of financial audits for 2014.  (Elizabeth Verigin, Asst. Auditor-Controller)
 
5.   CONSIDER approving 2014 Committee meeting schedule and work plan. (Julie DiMaggio Enea, IOC Staff)
 
6.   CONSIDER approving the proposed plan and schedule for the recruitment to fill four Board of Supervisors seats on the Contra Costa County Employees' Retirement Association Board of Trustees and one seat each on the County Planning Commission and the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Fire Advisory Commission that will become vacant on July 1, 2014.  (Julie DiMaggio Enea, IOC Staff)
 
7. The March 3, 2014 has been canceled. The next meeting is currently scheduled for March 17, 2014.
