CONSIDER accepting the Council on Homelessness (COH) Quarter 4 report, directing staff to forward the report to the Board of Supervisors for their information, and consider recommending that the Board of Supervisors direct County departments to build on partnerships created through Measure X, Homekey, and CalAIM to maximize funding and resources to people experiencing homelessness in the County.
