2.   Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
 
3.   RECEIVE and APPROVE the Records of Action for the November 7, 2022 Finance Committee meeting and Finance Committee special meeting on January 23, 2023.
 
4.   DISCUSS the role of Measure X Community Advisory Board and proposed changes to their bylaws. (Mariana Moore, MXCAB Chair)
 
5.   CONSIDER options for Measure X oversight (Adam Nguyen, County Finance Director)

The next meeting is currently scheduled for March 6, 2023.
