2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
 
3.   RECEIVE and APPROVE the Record of Action for the July 11, 2022 Internal Operations Committee meeting.  (Julie Enea, IOC Staff)
 
4.   INTERVIEW Darien Key and CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors the appointment of Mr. Key to the Local Enforcement Agency Independent Hearing Panel to a term that will expire on March 31, 2026.  (Julie Enea, County Administrator's Office)
 
5.   CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors the establishment of an Ad Hoc Arts Council Steering Committee and its composition, and PROVIDE directions to staff regarding the recruitment process for appointing members to the new committee.  (Lara DeLaney, County Administrator's Office)
 
6. The next meeting is currently scheduled for October 10, 2022.
