4. | RECOMMEND to the Board of Supervisors the reappointment of Catherine Jones to the At-Large 5 Seat on the Contra Costa Commission for Women and Girls for a term expiring on February 28, 2026, as recommended by the County Administrator. | |||||
5. | CONSIDER the proposal from the Employment and Human Services on mechanisms to strengthen governance of Community Services Bureau, particularly guidance and supervision of Head Start. (Aaron Alarcon-Bowen, Community Services Bureau Director) | |||||
