5. | CONSIDER the proposed Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning grant for: the Parr Boulevard Complete Streets Project, the Tara Hills Drive Complete Streets Project, and the Willow Pass Road Bike and Pedestrian Improvement Project. Staff from the Departments of Conservation and Development and Public Works have developed a list of proposed grant applications for consideration by the Committee.
