2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
 
3.   RECEIVE and APPROVE the Record of Action for the November 19, 2020 Illegal Dumping Ad Hoc Committee Meeting.
 
4.   RECEIVE status update regarding implementation of the Board approved CCC Illegal Dumping Initiative.
RECEIVE presentation on Illegal Dumping Initiative program metrics.
RECOMMEND that the Board approve proposed strategy amendments.
 
5.   RECOMMEND that the Board approve allocation of funding in the amount of $350,000 for uninterrupted implementation of the two illegal dumping strategies that could not be implemented with existing budgets in FY 21/22 (Year 3).
 
6. Consider schedule for next meeting.
