4.   CONSIDER Countywide Single Audit for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2019 (Lisa Driscoll, County Finance Director)
 
5.   CONSIDER accepting the semi-annual Capital Projects Report (Ramesh Kanzaria, Capital Projects Division Manager/Public Works)
