3.   RECEIVE status report on the September 4th Updated Health Order on Social Distancing and on the State's new Blueprint for a Safer Economy.  (Thomas Warne, M.D., Deputy County Health Officer)  
 
4.   DISCUSS issues associated with school closures and the preparation for the reopening of schools for 2020-2021.  (Lynn Mackey, Contra Costa County Superintendent of Schools)
 
5.   RECEIVE and APPROVE the Record of Action for the September 3, 2020 meeting.
 
6. The next meeting is currently scheduled for October 15, 2020.
