3.   CONSIDER approving the Record of Action for the July 29, 2019, Finance Committee meeting (Lisa Driscoll, County Finance Director)
 
4.   CONSIDER accepting report on bank card service fees from the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office.  (Brice Bins, Chief Deputy Treasurer-Tax Collector)
 
5.   CONSIDER accepting a report related to a proposed sales tax measure and provide staff direction on next steps (Timothy Ewell, Chief Assistant County Administrator)
