CONSIDER recommending a position of "Support" to the Board of Supervisors for AB 2043 (Arambula), a bill that requires county child welfare, probation, and behavioral health agencies to establish a county-based Family Urgent Response System, as recommended by the Director of the Employment and Human Services Department. |

CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors a position of "Support" on AB 2083 (Cooley): Foster Youth: Trauma-Informed System of Care, a bill that adopts Continuum of Care Reform to improve California' s child welfare system and its outcomes, including an increase in home-based family care, as recommended by the Director of Employment and Human Services. |

CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors a position of "Support" on State Water Supply Infrastructure, Water Conveyance, Ecosystem and Watershed Protection and Restoration, and Drinking Water Protection Act of 2018. |

CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors a position of "Support" on SB 1392 (Mitchell and Lara), a bill that would repeal California's one-year sentencing enhancement for each prior prison or felony jail term and SB 1393 (Mitchell and Lara), a bill that wold strike or dismiss a prior serious felony conviction which otherwise adds an enhancement of 5 years for each prior conviction of a serious felony. |
