3.   APPROVE Record of Action for September 25, 2017, meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability.
 
4.   RECEIVE report from Contra Costa County Sustainability Commission.
 
5.   RECEIVE report on discussion paper “Navigating the Changing Landscape of Energy Efficiency Programs in the East Bay”, and PROVIDE DIRECTION as appropriate.
 
6.   RECEIVE report on energy usage data and REFER item to Board of Supervisors.
 
7.   RECEIVE update on Model Solar Ordinance Toolkit and PROVIDE DIRECTION regarding next steps. 
 
8.   RECEIVE update on zoning for commercial solar projects.
 
9.   RECEIVE update from the County’s Sustainability Coordinator.
 
10. The next meeting is currently scheduled for January 22, 2017, 9:00 A.M.
