RECEIVE the report on Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations and consider making a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding whether the County should opt-in or not to allow their establishment in Contra Costa County. |

CONSIDER providing feedback to staff and to California State Association of Counties (CSAC) on proposed housing and land use measures. |

CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors a position of "Oppose" on AB 119 (Salas) Direct Levies, as recommended by the County Auditor-Controller. |

CONSIDER finding a position of "Support" consistent with the Board of Supervisors' adopted 2021-22 State Legislative Platform for AB 273 (Irwin): Cannabis: Advertisements, a bill that prohibits a licensee from advertising or marketing on a billboard or similar advertising device visible from an interstate or state highway in California, as recommended by the Public Health Director. |
