County Ordinance (Better Government Ordinance 95-6, Article 25-205, [d]) requires that each County Body keep a record of its meetings. Though the record need not be verbatim, it must accurately reflect the agenda and the decisions made in the meeting.
Any handouts or printed copies of material or testimony distributed at the meeting will be attached to the meeting record.
