Referral History:
At the April 26, 2016 Board of Supervisors meeting the topic of child and teen psychiatric services and the utilization planning of the 4-D Unit was referred to the Family and Human Services Committee (F&HS) for follow up.
Referral Update:
Please see the attached report from the Health Services Department Children's Mental Health Division.  This is the first report to the F&HS from the department on this topic.
Recommendation(s)/Next Step(s):
Accept the report from the Health Services Department on children's mental health services and provide direction to the department on the future reporting expectations of F&HS Referral No. 115 - Child and Teen Psychiatric Services.
