Recommendation(s):

APPROVE Appropriations and Revenue Adjustment No. 5079 authorizing new revenue in the amount of $1,194,000 from Neighborhood Stabilization funds for anticipated expenditures for projects and program delivery for FY 2008/09.

Fiscal Impact:
No General Fund impact.  CFDA #14.256
Background:
Contra Costa County received a grant of $6,019,051 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).  The proposed allocation of the NSP funds was approved by the Board on November 18, 2008. The County has 18 months to obligate the funds and four years to expend the funds.
