Recommendation(s):
APPROVE Appropriation and Revenue Adjustment No.5070 authorizing new revenue in the amount of $18,444 from accumulated depreciation and estimated salvage and appropriating it to purchase one replacement vehicle for the Office of the Sheriff-Coroner.
 
Fiscal Impact:
This action provides appropriations from depreciation and salvage for the replacement of one vehicle. The estimated purchase cost of $25,426 will be funded with accumulated depreciation ($16,844), estimated salvage ($1,600) and funds ($6,982) from the Office of the Sheriff-Coroner FY2008/09 Budget.
Background:
The Office of the Sheriff-Coroner is replacing one van with a hybrid sedan.  The purchase will be funded with accumulated depreciation, salvage, and funds from the Office of the Sheriff-Coroner budget. The vehicle meets replacement policy guidelines.
