1.   Introductions
 
2.   Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
 
3.   REVIEW and ACCEPT the Record of Action from the June 22, 2015 meeting of the Ad Hoc Sustainability Committee.

4.   ACCEPT the report on Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Requirements from the Department of Conservation and Development and RECOMMEND that the Board of Supervisors adopt local amendments to the 2013 California Green Building Standards Code requirements for electric vehicle supply equipment.

5.   ACCEPT the report on the status of the Climate Action Plan, and PROVIDE direction to staff, as needed.

6.   The next meeting is not currently scheduled.  This Committee is an Ad Hoc Committee and, as such, does not have a regular meeting schedule.
 
7.   Adjourn
 
The Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting.
Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and distributed by the County to a majority of members of the Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability less than 96 hours prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at 651 Pine Street, 10th floor, during normal business hours.
Public comment may be submitted via electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day prior to the published meeting time.
