Referral History:
On March 16, 2015, the Emergency Services Policy Board (ESPB) unanimously approved the draft revision of the County’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). The ESPB requested review/referral of the draft EOP to the Public Protection Committee for recommendation to the Board of Supervisors for review/final approval.
Referral Update:
Attached is a copy of the draft EOP. Staff from the Office of Emergency Services will be present to provide an oral report highlighting revisions to the plan.

APPROVE the Contra Costa County Emergency Operations Plan and forward to the Board of Supervisors for adoption.
