5.   CONSIDER reviewing and accepting the plans developed for the establishment of a "West County Reentry Resource Center" and an "East and Central County Networked System of Services for Returning Citizens" and recommend approval by the Board of Supervisors, and providing staff direction on the implementation of the plans. 6.   CONSIDER accepting the Draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Implementation of the Plan for the establishment of a West County Reentry Resource Center; PROVIDE direction to staff on the RFQ process, timeline and contents of the Draft RFQ as needed and AUTHORIZE the issuance of an RFQ for the Implementation of the Plan for the establishment of a West County Reentry Resource Center.
