RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/313 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the Deferred Improvement Agreement for minor subdivision MS14-00001, for a project being developed by Donald S. Mackay, Successor Trustee of the Mackay Trust Agreement dated July 17, 1991 (Survivors Trust), Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

This Deferred Improvement Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 22 of minor subdivision MS14-00001.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Deferred Improvement Agreement will not be approved and executed.
