RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/312 approving the Parcel Map for minor subdivision MS14-00001, for a project being developed by Donald S. Mackay, Successor Trustee of the Mackay Trust Agreement dated July 17, 1991 (Survivors Trust), as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS14-00001 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Map will not be approved and recorded.
