RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/310 accepting for recording purposes only an Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes for minor subdivision MS14-00001, for a project being developed by Donald S. Mackay, Successor Trustee of the Mackay Trust Agreement dated July 17, 1991 (Survivors Trust), as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes is required per Condition of Approval No. 27.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes will not be recorded, and the condition of approval will not be satisfied.
