BACKGROUND:

Sonia Miller: Personal injury claim related to police and DA investigation in the amount of $100,000,000.
Robert Miyamoto: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $1,804.09

Michael Porter: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $130.
Irvin W. Whiteman III: Property claim for missing personal items in the amount of $500.
Eric Salvador Zaragoza-Rios: Personal injury claim based on excessive force in the amount of $850,000.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Not acting on the claims could extend the claimants’ time limits to file actions against the County.
