ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/265 approving the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for park acceptance PA04-00018 (cross-reference subdivision SD16-09326), for a project being developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. Park acceptance PA04-00018 (cross-reference SD16-09326) has been reviewed and processed by Public Works staff and meets all applicable conditions of approval regarding landscape improvements.
