RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/264 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Stanford Avenue, on September 20, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of replacing a utility pole, Kensington area. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Existing utility pole has been identified for a scheduled replacement. Applicant previously was granted approval to close Stanford Avenue on August 11, 2021 per RC21-8 Resolution No. 2021/230. Applicant needs additional time to replace existing utility pole. Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
