- September 21 – Steering Committee Meeting - Staff will present draft of final report
- October 19 – Steering Committee Meeting – Review and Approve State Final Report for recommendation to the BOS, and provide input on the format / template of the Steering Committee 2020 Recap and Recommendations for 2030 Census
- November 10 – BOS Meeting – Census Presentation and review and approval of the State Final Report.
  - Census Presentation – to include overview of recap, and recommendations
  - Review and Approval of the State Final Report
  - Recognition of the Steering Committee members
- November 16 – Final Steering Committee Meeting – Review and approve the Recap and Recommendation for 2030 Census report for recommendation to the BOS
- December 8 – Recap and Recommendations for 2030 Report to BOS on Consent.
