ADOPT Resolution No. 2020/227 accepting Offers of Dedication for Park Purposes for park acceptance PA14-00043 (cross-reference subdivisions SD13-09303 and SD13-09325), for a project being developed by Western Pacific Housing, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. The Offers of Dedication for Park Purposes are required per the Dougherty Valley Specific Plan for trail and creek corridor connectivity.
