RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE clarification of Board action of June 26, 2018, (C.161) with The Wright Institute, a corporation, to modify the Payment Limit to read $772,500 instead of $1,545,000 and the term to read July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 instead of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 for the provision of behavioral health services to patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center .

FISCAL IMPACT:

This Contract is funded by 100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I.

BACKGROUND:

On June 26, 2018, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-718-3 with The Wright Institute for the provision of behavioral health services for the period from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

The purpose of this Board Order is to change the term of the contract to read July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 instead of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and the Payment Limit to read $772,500 instead of $1,545,000.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this correction is not approved, Contractor’s term and Payment Limit will remain incorrect.
