RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the Sheriff-Coroner, a purchase order amendment to PO# 005712 with Professional Police Supply, Inc., dba Adamson Police Products, to extend the termination date from September 30, 2018, to September 30, 2019, with no change to the payment limit, for ammunition and police products.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Budgeted, general fund.

BACKGROUND:

Adamson Police Products has a long history of providing quality products as well as exceptional customer service to the Office of the Sheriff. This purchase order ensures that the purchase of ammunition for the different divisions, as well as other products for the Training Division, is integrated and coordinated by the Training Division to guarantee uniform pricing and inventory control.
