RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE Conflict of Interest Code for the Clayton Valley Charter High School ("Charter School").

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.  

BACKGROUND:

The Charter School has adopted a Conflict of Interest Code and submitted the new code, attached as Exhibit A, to the Board for approval pursuant to Government Code section 87306 and 87306.5.  
  

The adoption of a Conflict of Interest Code for the Charter School satisfies the requirements for such a code under State law.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

None.
