CSE Ins. For Darlene Drapkin: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $4,060.36. Claimant insurer alleges damage to insured’s car as a result of a motor vehicle accident with a County employee.
Nancy DiGaudio: Personal injury claim for a trip and fall in the amount of $100,000. Claimant alleges she suffered a fractured jaw when she tripped and fell on a walkway in Cornell Park in Discovery Bay.
Frankie Gray: Property claim for damage to vehicle in an amount to be determined. Claim alleges damage to claimant’s car as a result of motor vehicle accident with County employee.
Thomas Kensok: Claim for County to pay vested vacation wages. Claimant alleges he earned vacation pay that was not paid to him upon separation from the County.
Geico, a subrogee of James & Mary Lafayette: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $22,506. Claimant insurer alleges damage to insured’s car as a result of a motor vehicle accident with a County employee.
