RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the Public Works Director, a purchase order amendment with Cal Steam, Inc., to increase the payment limit by $155,000, to a new payment limit of $250,000, and to extend the termination date from September 30, 2019, to September 30, 2020, for plumbing parts and equipment, Countywide.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This cost is to be funded through the Public Works Department Facilities Maintenance Services budget. (100% General Fund)
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this purchase order is not approved, purchasing plumbing parts and equipment through Cal Steam, Inc. will discontinue.
