RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the Public Works Director, a purchase order amendment with Advanced Traffic Products, Inc., to extend the termination date from August 30, 2018, to August 31, 2020, with no change to the payment limit, for Dialight traffic signal LED modules, Countywide.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to this action. The cost of the original purchase order is funded through the Public Works Department Traffic Signal Maintenance budget. (100% General Fund)
