RECOMMENDATION(S):

INTRODUCE Ordinance No. 2017-23 amending the County Ordinance Code to exclude from the merit system the new classification of Assistant Chief Information Officer-Exempt, WAIVE READING and FIX September 19, 2017, for adoption.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No Fiscal Impact.

BACKGROUND:

This action exempt from the Merit System the new classification of Assistant Chief Information Officer established on this same agenda.
