ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/309 accepting completion of the warranty period for the Subdivision Agreement, and release of cash deposit for faithful performance for subdivision SD05-08769, for a project developed by Laurel Place Limited Partnership, as recommended by the Interim Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV)

BACKGROUND:
The improvements have met the guaranteed performance standards for the warranty period following completion and acceptance of the improvements.
